Refund policy

At House of Drips, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We currently accept returns only for items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered
  • Missing from your order

For all other cases (such as incorrect size selection or change of mind), we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, a clear unboxing video is required for all claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Please make sure the video:

  • Starts before opening the package
  • Clearly shows the sealed parcel and the product inside

Unfortunately, we may not be able to process return or refund requests without an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds cannot be offered for:

  • Incorrect size selected while ordering
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
